What qualifies as physical abuse?
Hitting, slapping, pinching, biting, twisting arms, restraining, pushing, kicking, grabbing, punching, pulling hair, using weapons, anything that physically hurts you.
 
What qualifies as verbal/mental abuse?
Name calling, putdowns, threats, yelling, intimidation, screaming, cursing, manipulation, stalking, jealousy, anything that makes you feel bad about yourself or makes you feel worthless.
 
What qualifies as sexual abuse?
Rape, forced sexual acts, unwanted sexual touching, making fun of your sexual ability, putting your body parts down, insisting you dress in a more sexual way than you are comfortable with, hickeys, sexual putdowns, manipulating you into having sex or participating in sexual acts that you are not comfortable with, cheating on you.
