| Hitting,
slapping, pinching, biting, twisting arms, restraining,
pushing, kicking, grabbing, punching, pulling hair, using
weapons, anything that physically hurts you. |

qualifies as verbal/mental abuse? |
| Name
calling, putdowns, threats, yelling, intimidation, screaming,
cursing, manipulation, stalking, jealousy, anything that
makes you feel bad about yourself or makes you feel worthless.

| What
qualifies as sexual abuse? |
| Rape,
forced sexual acts, unwanted sexual touching, making fun
of your sexual ability, putting your body parts down,
insisting you dress in a more sexual way than you are
comfortable with, hickeys, sexual putdowns, manipulating
you into having sex or participating in sexual acts that
you are not comfortable with, cheating on you. |
